I hired Mr. Howard after shopping around, he had a competitive rate, and seemed capable and savvy. I'm glad I did. Mr. Howard was a consummate professional, spoke to me frankly and let me know what my options were. He was able to facilitate my case being dismissed, and I'm very grateful to him. I felt like Dave had my back, and that I was in good hands. He went above and beyond getting my cases cleaned up, and took care of everything that needed to be taken care of without me having to do a thing. Dave was always on time and taking care of business. I'm sure he deals with a lot of people, but you always felt your matters were important. At the end of the day, he had it all taken care of perfectly, always laying out all options.

Mr. Howard was my attorney on several charges. The man was amazing how he handled my cases. He took on the state prosecutors and got my charges dismissed. I would highly recommend him for your legal needs. I hope I will not need an attorney in the future but if I do I know who to call!!

Excellent representation, very quick solutions and time was taken to ensure that my outcome on a Juvenile case was handled swiftly and contained. Dave took on a case that was different from most because it was for a Juvenile with a intellectual disability. But his thinking and handling of the case was perfection and our outcome was phenomenal. This is actually the second time I have used Dave Howard for a case. Many years ago I had a case that was at first difficult to handle and I thought the outcome at first was going to be not the best, but Dave had an excellent ideas and was able to cut through the red tape and resolved the case with an excellent outcome as well. I hired Mr howard for my first felony case . I was historical about the situation, while he stayed calm and walked me right thru the entire situation . I could tell he's been in tight situations before ad understands how to use his degree to his advantages. My felony case was dismissed and all charges thats he was my lawyer for where dropped. I was facing very serious charges and when I first met Dave he was completely honest and advised me that my cases would be very difficult to beat. To be completely I didn't have much faith in him at the beginning because of all the horror stories I heard with court appointed attorneys. One of the main things I'd heard is that they don't care about you and I expressed that to him and he said something that will always stick with me. He told me when you have a lawyer that takes pride in what they do it doesn't matter if they are court appointed or if you paid them they are going to fight for you just the same. That statement alone made me feel more comfortable with him as my attorney. He kept me informed with any changes or updates any time we met. Through it all, I remained patient and he finally advised me that my cases were completely dismissed! This man is my miracle. Now I can relax knowing that I don't have this hanging over my head any longer and I can move forward with the things I want to do in life that these charges would have prevented me from doing so. I would recommend him to anyone I know because he is not some lawyer that just tells you what he thinks you want to hear.
