I had a rotten prosecutor for a harassment case my ex from the previous year saw fit to charge me with. thankfully Dave Howard was able to get the case dismissed. After so much time there was almost no admissible evidence but what I did provide vindicated me in Dave's eyes and he was able to convince the prosecutor that it wasn't worth he time persuing this case Thanks Dave! I was very lucky when I found Dave to represent me. I am so thankful I had him. He was really an incredible lawyer for me and my case, a second DWI with other complicating factors and problems that made my case difficult.
