Lack of responsiveness and attentiveness from some advocates

“I was willing to put money towards my case. With that being said, I told both David Beinke and Nancy Flores I wanted to continue to fight even if the school's grievance process did not result in my favor. They were well aware of that. When we heard back from the school well I was not expecting the get the answer I received so I recruited back to David and Nancy. At this point is when I noticed their lack of attention as compared to when I first spoke to them.”
