Everyone know how people feel about lawyers, I was no different. That was until I met this man. Not only is he a great lawyer, but also an incredible human being. I had probably one of the most complicated custody cases imaginable. I really figured that there was not much of a chance. Yet, somehow we did it. I'm astonished and amazed at his ability and professionalism. If I ever need a lawyer again, I will be using his services again. It's strange to say that a lawyer is my hero, but it's absolutely true. Thank you again for the hundredth time, you're amazing.

Cliff was extremely helpful and creative in helping me navigate my divorce. It was imperative I have full custody of my children and Cliff made sure it happened. Even through Covid delays he pushed hard to resolve my case and I always knew he had my best interest in mind. He is sympathetic and extremely easy to work with. Cliff made a horrible situation manageable for me and my children and the outcome far exceeded my expectations! I def recommend Cliff!!

I don't even know where to start. When my fiancés children were taken and hidden away from him we reached out to a ton of different lawyers within our area. We were waiting in another lawyers office when her assistant came in and said she was running late already 30 minutes late, I decided to look up other lawyers. That is when I found Clifford Swayze. We called him within a few minutes of leave that other lawyers office and he gave us a consultation over the phone right on the spot. He then immediately set an appointment with him and hit the ground running and did not stop. Every time there was an obstacle Clifford would communicate with us, tell us what we needed to do specifically on our end, and he made sure that nothing got "pushed under the rug". He examined every piece of paperwork sent by the children's mothers lawyer, and when something did not look right he would fix the issue and fight for the rights of a father. He made sure that both sides of the story were told in an honest way to make sure that our judge was given to truth with evidence. Clifford is honest, answers all questions, and helped make this two year old process finally end with both parents receiving the same rights to their children. I highly recommend Clifford to everyone because every parent mother or father does deserve the same exact rights to your children and not to be controlled by the other.

He very carefully outlined the law that pertained to my circumstances, and asked me very pointed direct questions in order to build the best case. He was very careful to guide me through all documentation, substantiation, and expectations at each point of the process. We very carefully discussed what the potential outcomes could be, and he prepared the case to the best level possible. I was very happy with his performance and his sensitivity to all aspects of my case.

Cliff Swayze was my attorney for my divorce. He was very professional, kind, and considerate during the entire process. He was very organized and prompt with all the required documents and making sure it was in the right hands and completed in a timely manner. The settlement for my divorce was very complex and he fought for what was rightfully mine. I actually ended up with more than I expected. He took his time to address all my concerns and push the divorce along while my ex-husband and his lawyer was drawing it out. Cliff represented me during both my divorce and criminal court cases and did so with the upmost respect to both me and the other parties involved. He would take the time to review the cases with me on a level that was easily understandable and in a manner that showed respect to the process and to my dignity during the year long process of working through both of my complex cases. Never was the time where I felt things were "out of control" or not well managed. All during this time Cliff was personable enough to "check in" with my daughter who was also affected by these cases which shows a true caring nature IMO. I could not say enough positive comments to reflect how amazing I personally feel Cliff's character and courtroom ability deserve. However I can say this he managed to get a favorable outcome on my criminal case by working up to the VERY LAST MOMENT before my sentencing appearance to get the courts to recommend a lesser sentence than what was offered previously by the DA office. And with his sheer determination to see justice and with his relationship with Williamson County Court room officials he was able to work towards that outcome. I would 100% recommend Cliff Swayze to anyone to include my closest of friends if they should need a quality attorney at law.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to deal with attorneys a couple of times my adult life. Cliff was by far the best attorney I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Our case unluckily fell right in the midst of the COVID pandemic and living 8 hours away from Williamson County created more speed bumps. Although we were faced with these challenges outside of our control, Cliff, was always available to help assist with anything we needed. He was attentive to detail and is VERY knowledgeable within family law. COVID forced court rooms to close and brought forth uncharted waters. Cliff however weathered the storms and helped keep me, my family, and our case afloat. I know without a doubt that Cliff would represent anyone with the upmost professionalism and respect. He will fight for you even when you feel you’ve had enough and ready to give up. If you’re looking for someone who will care about your needs and those of your loved ones, DO NOT pass on Cliff.

You could not go wrong hiring this attorney. I am an attorney and I do not often review attorneys for family law matters but this one knows his stuff. I consulted with him on a matter and found that he was absolutely on point. If you have a family law or other matter hire this lawyer.

Hiring Cliff was the best decision we ever made. When my daughter was slapped with a protective order, we looked around and we were lucky enough to find Cliff. He was honest and explained the process very clearly to us. Protective orders are very hard to fight as most courts just rubber stamp them, but Cliff was able to get get us into an outcome that was most favorable and allowed my daughters life to continue unburdened by this situation. He's knowledge of the law and the contacts he has built with attorney over the years was very helpful in our case. I highly recommend hiring Clifford for any family law you need assistance with. Do not talk to anyone (cops, prosecution or otherwise) before you talk to Cliff.
