Staff really seems to care

Mr. Partney is a fantastic lawyer. I went to him as a father with very little objective leverage in a divorce case, but I knew the kids would be safer full time with me. He helped me work through my arguments and collect evidence supporting my position, and the end result was that I obtained primary right to designate our children's residence. The kids are much happier and safer as a result of this and we're very grateful to Mr. Partney. His shrewd & relentless intelligence was evident throughout the proceedings and, even though I wasn't paying him by the hour, he put a lot of effort into the case & his courtroom preparation resulted in a landslide during the temporary order hearing. As a father in a divorce case, if you truly feel that your kids are going to be healthier and safer with you, seek out Jason. He can help.

I was going through a rough divorce and there was a lot of drama all around. We were together for 16 years, two young kids and I was worried about paying a bunch of spousal support on top of child support. Each time after talking to Jason, I felt less worried and even a little more normal. He has a no-nonsense, logical attitude that I really needed. They give a great service

Jason has helped me with a ticket issue before and was great to work with, but what makes me come here to now leave a raving five star review, is how he recently helped one of my very good friends through her divorce. I had a front row seat to the incredibly heart breaking and difficult time this was for her, and I was so impressed with the bright guiding light Jason was through all the twists and turns brought forth by this process. He is very knowledgeable, quick on his feet, fair, firm and showed great sensitivity to the situation. He really cares. If you or anyone you know has to go through a divorce I can not recommend Jason enough. I was so impressed as a bystander, that I can imagine those he represents feel completely confident in his abilities and well taken care of.
