Best lawyer in town, 100% recommend

Jason is amazing. We had taken in our niece from Louisiana and he guided us through the entire process. Katie is also awesome and has helped us keep our sanity through all the various legal hoops with custody.

Legal situations are never easy and are typically emotionally charged. I highly recommend Partney Law PLLC, when you need to hire an attorney or just need good advice on legal issues. Jason is very knowledgeable, listens well, and works diligently to provide level-headed counsel to help guide you through your specific legal situation. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and diligence shown by the entire Partney team. I feel I was extremely fortunate to find Jason and hire him to represent me when I needed legal assistance.

If I could give zero stars I would, this guy is a not a person you want to represent you he basically told me I'm out of luck and hung up the phone. He was not personable and not even willing to help.

Jason and Katie were both a pleasure to work with. They helped to make a painful situation much more tolerable with their calm demeanor and quick responses. Jason is very knowledgeable in family law and was able to help navigate the process from beginning to end and do so in a way that made things easy to understand. My divorce was fairly cut and dry since there were no kids involved and not much in the way of assets. Regardless, he still helped to get the best results from the situation. I walked away from it all not having any second thoughts as to whether the outcome could have been different and/or more favorable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great family law attorney.
