I was very unhappy with the representation I received from Ms Hernandez during my divorce in May of 2020, she gave me very little guidance and no explanation, she allowed my ex-wife's attorney to bully her, causing me to submit a lot of unnecessary paperwork. When I reached out to her to express my discontent she simply never responded I guess because she got her money already.... If you're looking for someone to just show up, she's your gal.

Rachel Hernandez is an amazing and very professional lawyer. I can’t recommend anyone better if you need family law help! She helped me find success with my divorce. She fought hard for my rights, was very understanding of my military background, and never lost sight of what I felt was ultimately important to me (my son). She is very knowledgeable of the legal system and Texas divorce/family law. She’s excellent in the court room, and can hold her own in any negotiations or case arguments.
