I hired Anne to help me with my divorce. At the initial consult (which initially was free), she seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. But then when the first bill came out, she decided to charge me for the initial consult and charged hours of work to look up things she said she already knew how to do… She was not very communicative or personable. We ultimately decided not to go through with the divorce and after I told her the news, I never heard another word from her… No “thanks for the update” or “good luck”. Not a peep…
