Inconsistent quality of service over time

The first time we used her services the case lasted three months at the most. She took care of everything and informed us about every step of the case. We never were in doubt at what was happening, or what she needed from us. The second time the case stayed open for one full year; with her checking her calendar once a month and charging him $150 to ”
