Mr. Casey was extremely helpful with our child custody case. I never imagined that I would get the results that I did as a father. We were in great hands from beginning to end and I don't believe that we were just another case. He truly cares for my children and their well-being. I have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Casey and utilizing his services during one of the roughest periods of my life. Mr. Casey has represented me during a rather emotionally turbulent divorce proceeding. He has always demonstrated the qualities of integrity, skill, and professionalism beyond reproach. Mr. Casey has two rules: be kind and polite to his office staff, and be honest and forthcoming with information. He will not judge you. He WILL be your advocate. However you must realize he cannot effectively do what he needs to do without honesty from you as a client. He cannot know to much about your case. Even those parts which you might be ashamed of or embarrassed by. Mr. Casey has been a champion for my cause, a confidant, and a source of stability for me when my life was chaotic. He has held my hand as I wept both tears of joy and frustration. He has helped to not only improve my legal situation, but helped nourish my soul as well. He gave me one of the greatest gifts I have ever received; he reunited me with my children.

Attorney Stephen Casey recently handled a case for me, with a short deadline, and yet he was still able to obtain a positive outcome. Mr Casey helped me with my child custody issue. After my ex wife had agreed to have our two kids live with me she had second thoughts & ask for a modification hearing hoping to get the kids back. I had not been pleased with the attorney I used during my divorce & a family friend recommended Mr. Casey. I immediately noticed the difference in representation from my previous attorney. Mr. Casey not only took the time to explain his plan but also heard me out & together we formulated a plan that worked well during our hearing. He then again represented me when my ex-spouse wanted to take away my summer time with my kids. Both times Stephen argued & presented on my behalf to the court our side in the case & both times we were successful in the outcome we wanted. Mr Casey is an excellent attorney & litigator. He is knowledgeable in the all aspects of family law & has excellent communication skills that he uses in the courtroom. He has great work ethic & has very high morals. At seemingly the worst possible time in my young adult career I am in the middle of facing my marriage absolutely being on the rocks , with the only feasible solution being divorce. As this is emotionally shattering for me and my children I get a sense of peace and calm when seated in Attorney Casey's office as we begin to strategize, and discuss aspects of the case. It's clear for me to see that I totally am in the right place at the right time as God has so ordered my footsteps, and now I feel confident in trusting my struggle as I am more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus... I was feeling like Gideon not knowing and or feeling prepared for this fight for custody of my children, however as I began tom take in the knowledge on the various issues of family law that Attorney Casey began to divulge to me it was clear that I was in the presence of not only a Military Serviceman, A father, A Soldier and a Christian Man of God and I began to see aspects in myself in his character.. Attorney Casey is a Man Of Valor that stands up for justice and hates to see good people get done wrong, and diligently seeks the outcome of complete Justice prevailing as an ourtcome.

I can personally say with out a doubt, that Mr. Casey and his staff will do anything to help a client. Through my case and before it I was having major doubts about my outcome and doubts about whether what I was doing would even stand a chance in court. I had a few questions pertaining to a CPS investigation that was closed. Mr. Casey was available to speak with me promptly at the time I had made an appointment with him. He listened and asked questions as needed to better understand my situation. I felt he was very knowledgeable and was very thorough to explain my options and advise me on how to proceed. I am very thankful that I found him and that he was able to help me make a well-advised decision. When I found myself confronted with a criminal charge that I never thought I might face, I was filled with trepidation and uneasiness. That is why I'm glad I found Stephen Casey. I was drawn to him upon learning of his Christian values, and he took the time to explain the legal process and my options in a way that were clear to me. His rates were reasonable, and I doubt I could have easily found better representation at his price point anywhere. And most importantly, Stephen is unmistakably a good-hearted man of integrity. Because of him, this process was much less arduous and uncomfortable than it would have been otherwise. I used Mr Casey's services earlier this year. He was very knowlegable and explained thing so that I could understand them. He was also very thorough as well. For the services he provided, he was also very reasonable. If I never need legal assistance again, I will definitely call Mr Casey again.
