“Despite our attempts to reach out for guidance on a legal matter, he responded to our inquiries with a single condescending email that left us more confused than before. It seemed as though he was more interested in showcasing his presumed expertise than actually assisting us. What's even more disappointing is the complete lack of responsiveness after that initial interaction.”
