A few years ago I was in a car accident and that same day my mom sat me down to pick up the phone and call Mr. Dale. I am so grateful to have went through this traumatic experience with amazing people beside me such as, Mr. Dale and Ms. Kaysie. They we’re a tremendous help to my case, especially since I was away at college for part of it and because I was a clueless 19 year old who had no clue what was going on😂 Trust me, if you want to be in a friendly, trustworthy, and supportive environment, Vice Henley & Dilbeck is the way to go!!

These guys are amazing! I have no idea where to start but I was in a horrible roll over car accident with an uninsured driver last June and the witness gave me their contact information. They immediately sent me to get care in less than 24hrs to a physical therapist and Chiropractor who were also amazing. They were kind & compassionate throughout the healing process and made sure to follow up with me regularly, that was important to me especially through such an emotional time period. They got my case settled within 8 months (everyone will be different) but I was super grateful. They got me a good amount in my settlement which was desperately needed since I had to replace my vehicle at the fault of the other driver. I couldn’t ask for a better team to handle my case- I hope to never have to utilize them under the same circumstances again but if I ever find myself in that situation or someone I know- they are the first ones I’d recommend. Really poor communication with this place. I’ve talked to one of the attorneys who said to email him and never even responded to me. Not even a “kick rocks” literally nothing. So I called again and spoke with the receptionist who was very unprofessional in taking down my information. And said “someone will call you by Monday or Tuesday” nobody called yet again. I finally just stopped trying and the only reason I gave it a second go was because my real estate agent recommended them. Well I don’t recommend anyone waste their time explaining your situation twice and then have no follow through. Fortunately we found another lawyer who is reputable and even if we don’t have a shot with our case, he’s going to explain in detail what we can do. Customer service, it goes a long way. It builds your reputation. Clearly, you don’t care.
