I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Solid back in 2019 when I first had my accident. He assured me he would take very good care of me and he did. It was a very long process and there were days I wanted to give up but Mr. Solis always made sure he did all he could to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Frank was amazing when he came on and was a go getter from the start. He and Carlos fought for me and made my deposition a breeze. Janie always made sure my questions were answered when my attorneys were not available. She took care of my paperwork and kept me very abreast of all that was going. Thank you is not enough to say about this firm. I was not sure how the process was going to be, but Janie was nice and friendly with me. She always answered my questions and made me feel I was her priority. Janie was so caring and made sure I knew exactly the process and what was going to happen with my case. Would call and just to check on me in general. She was a Gem!! She provided me with constant updates and never left my side. She treated me like family, was so patient with me even when I asked the same question. I was very lucky to have them handle my case. I will 100 % recommend them to all my family and friends.
