When a member of USAA collided into my vehicle, USAA immediately determined I was at fault without consideration of all the evidence I provided and lack of an adjuster getting my perspective of the accident. I got a lawyer, Even after USAA told me not to. I am a veteran myself and USAA turned their back to me. Leaving me to figure out how I was going to repair my vehicle, medical, and how to get to work on my own. Instead of doing the right thing and repairing my vehicle. Thanks to the joint effort and work from my attorney’s Brenda and Albert Rodriguez USAA settled. I had my vehicle repaired like it should have been from the very beginning when I made that claim with USAA. It is my opinion that USAA preys on veterans to gain business. And through my experience of this incident, they are more interested in protecting their own members than doing the right thing even when evidence is provided.
