Hired sralla with a $5k cash retainer for my divorce. How much work did he do? Only filed my divorce petition. Never answered my calls or emails. Then he assigned another attorney to my case. Complete waste of time. Go elsewhere. Stay away from sralla and his office. He'll have you talk and talk while running the meter on your retainer all the while pretending to care about you, but it's only your money he cares about.

Kevin Sralla had my case lost before it even began. He is not knowledgeable in family law , he isn’t even aware that in custody, a client has an option to choose a jury trial instead of a bench trial in Texas. Allowed opposing attorney to set up everything on a timeline that wasn’t even feasible , the other attorney saw how little he knew about family law and took full advantage from the start. My new attorney has undone most of the mistakes that were made by Kevin and we still have a chance in this case. Had I kept Kevin as my attorney , this matter would of been over with 6 months ago and me and my children would of been in a much worse situation than when we began. At the initial consultation, I let him know we were dealing with a very high conflict individual and I needed the best. Instead of admitting this was something way beyond his ability and referring me on , he just happily took my retainer and still has it , 10 months after I hired him. I have never received a final bill or refund. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

After speaking with a few attorneys, I decided to hire Buck to gain joint custody of my son. From the initial consultation, I felt he was genuinely concerned with my case and didn’t feel he was trying to gouge me with retaining fees. He was very helpful explaining all of the legal aspects of my situation and the process of what needed to be done. The only issue is that things did take a little longer than I had hoped due to the loss of his paralegal. However once his current paralegal, Patty, started working on my case things went smoothly. Patty was extremely helpful keeping me up to date and answering questions whenever Buck was busy in court. Ultimately I was able to get joint custody of my son thanks to the help of both Buck and Patty. I highly recommend going to Buck with custody/child support cases.

I needed an attorney asap when my reputation was being slandered by a hurtful person in my life. That’s when I decided to make an appointment with Mr. Sralla. He told me the truth: it’s difficult to sue someone for slander. He explained all possibilities legally and I was struck by how intelligent and knowledgeable he was. I went to the doctor for an infection and was told the wrong diagnosis. I was devastated and the doctor told several other medical staff about my case in front of me before telling me in front of me. Later when the realized that they made a mistake they tried to hide it. They denied they ever gave me the wrong diagnosis but the damage was done. I went to talk to Mr Sralla about the situation. He told me the pros and cons of going after the doctor in court. He was upfront and honest about or changes. Based on his advice, I decided to pursue the case and he has taken the case like a champ. Mr.Sralla helped me gain custody of my Step son and my biological daughter. After consulting with other attorneys they gave me no hope in getting custody of my Step son. Mr. Kevin "Buck" Sralla worked on my custody case and won! I had two lawyers prior to finding Buck, after a four year period.
