I strongly advise no one to ever reach out to this man, he is a sad excuse for an attorney, led me astray and made unfulfilled promises that led to me asking him to remove himself from my case. His withdraw however, was not amicable nor was it respectful, after ignoring calls for days and weeks, forgetting emails, it’ll be 8 months since I’ve seen my kids fooling with Ricardo. Countless texts & calls showing his negligence, AND THEN, attempts to blame me in his withdraw paperwork about why he’s withdrawing.

I cannot give enough praise to this attorney. She was not only understanding sympathetic, genuine and real; She's tough and very knowledgeable. At a moment, I had no idea what I was facing all I had was her and my prayers. This lady stood up for me when nobody believed I was innocent and That's all I needed. All charges were dismissed. She is outstanding

Honestly he did great in my divorce case and we won what we needed. His office always answers my calls, he also gave me his personal number which felt very calming and reassuring. The only thing I would give you guys a heads up he is a very straightforward man he is going to say everything as is and not filtered which is good and scary at the same time.

Ricardo briones is an amazing court appointed attorney ! Just be patient he got my felony dismissed and my dwi dismissed. He the best just BE PATIENT !

SCAMMER!!! DO NOT HIRE!!! This person doesn't even deserve to be called a lawyer because he does no attorney work at all. Do not believe all the fake 5-star reviews, the 1-star reviews are exactly who this lazy unintelligent person is. He will call you and message you constantly trying to get your business. During the in-person consultation, he talks a big game like he's a feared lawyer when in fact he's the exact opposite. Just stop and look at his business office. First of all, he doesn't have one, he rents a chair and desk from another lawyer. He doesn't have any paralegals or anyone who works for him. Instead, he uses the office receptionist as his “paralegal”. Once you pay him he doesn't do anything, I sent him evidence, a timeline of events, and photos at his request. In court, he doesn't have a clue what's going on and never used a single document, photo, or any of the evidence I supplied to him. He will leave you in shock by his unprofessionalism and lack of preparation. He showed up to court with a completely empty soft briefcase literally nothing was in it. Honestly, it's sad and disgusting how this man scams his clients but I'm a firm believer in you reap what you sew. Lastly, mark my words he is going to respond to this review with, “ I've never represented anyone with your name. You have the wrong lawyer, please delete the review.” don't believe him. The fact is he just doesn't remember who he scammed for their money.

I do not recommend Mr. Briones . He’s been working on my custody order since June of 2022. Most of the time I had court, he kept on canceling our court dates, and the judge got upset, so he referred us to a mediator. With the mediator involved things got done . My daughter has been living with me since May of 2023. I am still getting charge for child support. Mr. Briones was supposed to put in an order for child support to get stopped in December after we came into an agreement with the mediator and the other parties, Attorney. We are in March and still nothing has been resolved. This frustration because I’m in California and I’m not able to do much if I’m across the state.

Ricardo has been the person I call for legal advice for years!! Their office is always incredibly responsive and helpful. They never charge for a consultation and they have never be gratuitous in offering services. I can’t recommend this office enough for your legal needs!
