My case was denied the first time while I lived in CA. I contacted Celeste after I moved here and she took on my case. We ended up winning the appeal and now I feel such relief knowing I can now afford my rent etc. Celeste is a very straight on task person. She tells it like it is but also can soothe your worries. I would recommend Celeste for anyone that needs a good Lawyer on your side.

Celeste Scalise-Qubrosi and her staff are thorough, professional, and compassionate. They took a thorough medical/surgical history, provided me with authorization for release of medical information which I signed and returned to the Attorney. She then obtained necessary documents for filing and remained diligent and in touch with me through out the process. In the end, it went seamlessly and I am very happy with the results.

I worked with her for a few years and let me say at the end of the day although times were frustrating not getting my decision she kept fighting for me til we finally won!! She knows her stuff and is very persistent and will do her best to take care of you in your legal matters she never settles and that’s why I said it was frustrating at times but in the end we won and came out on top I’d highly recommend her for anyone

She has a registered nurse do her intake calls, so it is fantastic being able to talk about your issues and medications to someone who literally knows what your talking about! Celeste is equally amazing. I have some rare issues and she was extremely helpful in guiding me towards good physicians and with possible diagnoses to explore. She is available when ever you need her, will fight for you and you literally don’t have to worry. She will get it done. Even the Isom Rd SSA Office know her by name and how diligent she is. They had just as many wonderful things to say about her as I do!

It has been 10 years now since I had botched hip replacements. The joy I have now is that Esq. Celeste arranged for me to have benefits, since I can no longer work. It is a life saver for me to have income. I enjoyed a 35 year career in dental assisting and now can no longer be employed. What a great attorney. My case with Social Security had been bungled (lost) by a previous attorney who spends a fortune advertising all over San Antonio for just about every area of the law....a big mistake on my part and I paid the price with 2 years lost and a big denial from Social Security. Luckily a friend referred me to Celeste Scalise-Qubrosi saying that Celeste was a specialist in Social Security law. I met with Celeste and she reviewed all of my previous attorney's Social Security case documents and medical records and told me exactly what she would have done differently if she had been my attorney (and why). She made me feel so much better and gave me hope. Although my case had already been turned down by Social Security, Celeste felt my case had a good chance on appeal and she then agreed to take me on as her client on a contingency basis (I didn't have to pay her any money unless she won my case). Her office staff is very organized and they guided me step by step through everything that they needed to submit to Social Security as well as for all the hearing dates for my appeal. Celeste proceeded to go back over my first application and correct many of my previous application problems (which took a long time). The entire appeal process for me was very long and arduous (it would have been easier to have gotten the right attorney in the first place and gotten the application right from the start). Mine appeal took 3 years and involved a lot of document submissions & hearings but Celeste held my hand through every step. She was wonderful at helping me deal with the anxiety of the entire process and explained to me what to expect with every step...Celeste was always at my side and I never felt alone. Celeste truly cared for me as a human being and was completely honest. She is very well respected by the employees, consultants, and judges who work for Social Security. She is also respected by all of the medical professionals that I see regularly. Everything she told me turned out to be true and after 3 years she successfully won my appeal and I now have the social security benefits and the healthcare that I paid into during my decades of work prior to my injury. I believe that Celeste is an attorney of great character and integrity and she does it for the right reason...to help people in the most need navigate a very complex & bureaucratic maze which has specific processes and procedures that must be followed exactly or you are abandoned. I just wish I had found her first and saved myself (and the system) a lot of time. I believe that anyone that needs an attorney for a social security case should hire Celeste; she's an incredibly kind, compassionate, knowledgeable professional.
