I went to help an elderly friend of mine sort out an Estate settlement her deceased brother left without a will about two years ago. He has not communicated with her.
the 90 year old lady is holding a check for 16,000 or 19,000 because she is afraid of depositing it without Mr. Alberto Garcia's approval. I have called on her behalf as well as her family members and spoken to the secretary and been told that she will give him the message and no response from him. The lady is 90 years old and could pass away at any time. Shame on him.
