She doesn’t allow translating for Spanish speakers. (WHICH MEANS I CALLED TO TRANSLATE FOR MY SPANISH SPEAKING MOTHER & SHE DIDN"T ALLOW IT). Though she collected her retainer fee and all money she asked for of my mother upfront, she did NOT do a thing. No matter how many times my mother & I called, her office would not answer or return my mother's phone calls. When we finally succeeded at getting a person to answer she didn't allow me to translate for her.
