She handled the Estate of my ex husband very poorly extending it 1.5 year after the court settlement. She never showed bank statements, nor did an extensive discovery of the estate. This is still is a very stressful and low empathetic relationship after almost 3 years of my ex’s death.

I had a positive experience with Delgado Law Firm. Ms. Delgado was passionate and capable attorney. She went beyond what was necessary to obtain a positive outcome.

This lawyer is terrible. I had my mother use her to draft up a dual power of attorney and Will a couple years back. Since then, my mom had some health issues and I needed clarification of the POA that Jamie drafted up, so I called the office and couldn’t even get through to Jamie because her mom (the receptionist ) screens all of her calls and refused to let me speak to her. To make matters worse, I explained that I lived out of town and can’t just drive to their office. The receptionist told me it would cost me $250 just for Jamie to explain her own document (POA) to me that she had written even if it was just over the phone. This was on top of the over $500 we had paid originally for the documents. Here we are years later and I had to get a local attorney involved who specializes in Elder law. Come to find out the POA that Jamie wrote is a “copy and paste” generic version you can find on the internet that DID NOT protect my mom or allow me to make any decisions for her regarding Medicaid in the future. Stear clear of this attorney if you are looking for these types of documents or anything that has to do with Elder law/estate planning/ Wills. Customer service was terrible and she should hire a professional to screen her calls and not an incompetent family member.
