I have had a bad experience always had to call my case manager everybody leaves you in the dark you literally have to remind them on everything if not you won’t hear any updates. This company had a great review my experience has been terrible I had to bring documentation on my own because they could not request it this has been a horrible experience wish I could of choose another law firm I contacted my cas manager more then they have contacted me
