Contacted the office after I got into a motor vehicle accident, they were great car accident lawyers and I highly recommend them!!

It's been almost 2 years since Wainwright took my case. And I feel like I've been given the runaround each time I call. I don't get return phone calls. I'm dealing with people out of El Paso who don't seem to know much about my case and just when I think we're getting ahead Retrieving medical records from my accident I get a new person added to my case who will be handling it from here on end and they want to start over because I can't find the last person's work. I met my attorney once. She told me that I would no longer have to deal with their other offices and I would deal with her directly. I haven't received a callback from her or a return email in over a month. I would definitely not recommend this attorney firm. They just don't seem to follow through

It takes months to get a call back. They say they'll call me back at 3 and three months pass and still don't get any straight answers I'm in the dark for months at a time.

I would advice to run far from this attorney while you can!!! Go with an attorney that knows there work to help you.....I had to do most legal work and all they did was sit for months and all they said was be glad you didn't loose any limbs or die!!!! My truck was totaled and ran with the money...... My friend was hit by a drunk drive almost lost his life and same thing...!!! Same comment you didn't die and they cashed in on the money.... I've followed this attorney for some years and I've have hurd over 1476 peaple with same results.... I personally don't recommend them, there money hungry and there very rude that's why they see you behind glass windows......I give them rating a "0" zero. Good hunting!!!!!

Great experience with the Wayne Wright office. I didn't really know what to do after my accident, but after contacting them, I was helped through each step. Definitely recommend.

Wayne Wright Attorney's do not care about their clients. I was in a collision at 17 and they took the case right away. I met with them one time and never heard from them again. Fast forward 3 years, I get a call from my attorney out of the blue informing me that they have yet to reach a settlement but were going to transfer my case to another attorney. A year goes by and again, I hear nothing. I am now 21, and I get a phone call from Wayne Wright in October of 2016 saying they have reached a settlement. My attorney then assures me that he is writing the checks and I will be receiving mine come November. Months go by, I leave several voicemails and no response. I am now going to be 22, we are in the month of February and the attorney is dodging my phone calls (after leaving several voicemails) and the secretary's refuse to provide me with any help. Needless to say, my collision occurred 5 years ago and I have yet to receive payment or updates pretaining to my case. If you want slow, unprofessional, unsatisfactory, and insufficient lawyers, then Wayne Wright is for you!

I got in touch with their office about a case they told me they would get back with me the same day it ended up that I had to call them to find out whether or not they had even looked at the case this matter was poorly handled I went somewhere else.

they were great during the first 2 weeks everything seemed fine till the chiropracter they were sending me to wanted to stop giving me a ride "i was badly injured and car was totaled" they expected me to take a bus and walk over a block away to get "treatment" when im struggling not to mention one of there doctors doesnt have a license to prescribe medications, and they never refer you to a real doctor who can help you and get things going right. today they closed my case without telling me because i missed a visit to there doctor because i refused to walk such a long distance. been trying to call them and i either get a machine or someone that has no idea whats going on that forwards me to a machine, i would never recomend them and i would never trust them to properly handle any case. p.s. it should have been a slam dunk me and my elderly grandmother are left almost completly disabled and the other guy admitted to rearending us... me being young i have never felt so immobile or pathetic and unable to fend for myself...
