I am still at the beginning of my case but everything is happening pretty fast. The case manager was able to meet with me the day after I called. We met for about 3 hours so that she could get every last detail of my case and explain to me exactly what they could do for me. The day after we met, she was already making attempts to contact the opposing party to let them know that action is being taken. For some people, this may not seem like much. But she has done more for me in the past few days than my previous attorney did for me in a couple of months. J. Robert Davis Jr. also took the time to meet with me when he was about to start a meeting with another client. I highly recommend working with this attorney.

Immediately after the accident I didn't think anything was wrong. Nothing hurt. It wasn't till after a few weeks that my neck began to ache. Mr. Davis was hired by my Louisiana counsel to represent me in my personal injury case that was to be tried in Texas. Mr. Davis exhibited profound knowledge and ability in not only representing me but hiring competent experts to bolster our case. Setting next to Mr. Davis during mediation was so enjoyable that i was comfortable enough to play solitaire as he handled the negotiations. The same ability was displayed during the deposition phase as he and his ability exposed not only the weaknesses of the defendant but also the blatant and outrageous claims being bebunked one by one in a consistent and methodical approach. When we purchased our modular home, we signed an arbitration agreement with the company, meaning that if we had any problems with the builder, we agreed to mediation instead of legal action. This did not seem to be a big deal at the time, since the company guaranteed their workmanship and claimed customer satisfaction was their goal. We figured they would fix anything they needed to. Boy were we wrong. From the first day they delivered the home to our property, there were problems. Some problems were small, some were VERY BIG, some were dangerous. The company made a show of fixing the problems, but did not. They even flew in the top executives from the corporate office, but nothing changed. As time went on, the builder representatives began to ridicule my husband and me when we called them. It was a terrible and nerve wracking situation. We called the law firm of J. Robert Davis, and they took on the case. We did end up going to mediation, which was a pretty positive experience, except that the home builder still refused to fully fix the issues or give us a totally new, correctly built home. They were willing to give us money to fix what we thought needed to be fixed, but it would not have covered the needed repairs. Really, the house needed to be torn down, it was that bad. Robert urged us to hang in there, and we would keep pushing back. After our mediation, Robert took our sales paperwork and went back over it. Incredibly, he found some things in the paperwork, done by the company, that were very incriminating. If not for the thorough investigation by the Davis firm, these well made cover ups would have gone unnoticed. We had looked over those papers hundreds of times, and never caught the altered documents. The Davis law firm did. Faced with the legal repercussions of their illegal activity, the builder quickly paid off our loan, tore down the home, erasing any evidence of its existence on the property, and gave us a substantial settlement. The law firm of J. Robert Davis did for us what we thought was impossible, and we won against this big corporation, even though we had signed that arbitration agreement.

Robert represented me in an auto-accident case which left me with injuries that inevitably resulted in surgery. Robert was extremely professional and the case was settled in a timely manner. Would definitely use Robert Davis again.
