Melissa wool who was awesome to me would.keep in touch with me even when. Nothing was going on in the. Case she would ask How I was ,was I feeling ok,. Best first time experience ever! Had gotten backed into less than 9 months ago and not only was I able to get my vehicle repaired, but I received a medical evaluation plus I received my settlement check already! Great teamwork from everyone including staff from San Antonio, Laredo and Brownsville. I am really glad there was no lack of communication amongst any of us and getting a hold of someone was easy.
