From the time that I first called them, they have been very responsive and willing to help with any questions and issues that I had. In these times of Covid 19 it was wonderful to be able to conduct all of my actions from home. They either came to my house or conducted business by phone or online so that I never needed to leave my house in order to meet them. The persons assigned to my case, Genaro and Nichole, were very friendly and helpful and saw to it that I was kept informed throughout the duration of my case. Genaro frequently called me to keep me informed and Nichole even hand-delivered my settlement check to my house, ON A FRIDAY, AFTER HER WORKING HOURS! ULTIMATE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
