Please don't go there

They were helpful and kept me updated threw out the case. I just wish I was informed how much coverage the other people had before we used it all on my medical maybe I could of used some of my personal insurance to cover some of the cost so we wouldn't max out the coverage and have to negotiate with the doctors to lower the bills so I can at least walk out with something in hand.

I see all these great reviews about the customer service pertaining to this law firm and I really wish I could say the same about them. However, it has been short of a nightmare. I call and beg for the lawyer in charge of my case to please call me back with any updates, I even ask for an email if they can’t call... yet I am left to wait and have to call again. I’ve been transferred to a paralegal that tells me what I already know (after just looking at notes and reading them out loud to me). I once again ask for the lawyer to contact me, they respond with a “Of course!” Then get forgotten as usual. I’ve left it alone for over 5 months, and I have yet to hear anything by call, letter, or email. I understand some cases may be really slow and can take time, but you keep your clients by establishing a solid connection with them. Something that Villarreal and Begum has failed epically at. I’m sorely disappointed in them and just hope to never have to deal with them again once my case finally comes to a close. I’m sure they’re great people and do their job well but the lack of communication has really soured my experience with them.
