DID SOME SHOPPING IN AREA.

My divorce/ custody case was very complicated. I'm a male who sought custody of my daughter and, being unfamiliar with how courts work, I felt I had a lot of biases going against me. Denise and Neftali (Rodriguez) both raised my confidence by giving me proper guidance in regards to how to handle the drama that took place during the year (delayed mostly due to COVID) it took to finally get a court date. Again, my case was very complicated with an ex-spouse who caused problems whenever and however she could. Once the court date finally came, Denise and Neftali both represented me and balanced the workload. Not sure if that's normal but my case was (once again, special). They both made time to ensure I was well prepared before going into trial which helped lower my anxiety. They didn't mislead me or give me false promises or hope either. Now, I did have to do some studying and research on my own to answer some of my questions and concerns which I initially didn't like.... but I honestly feel that helped me more in the long run due to the additional information I was able to come across which lead me to take steps to further benefit my case and my own education as a parent. Bottom line: I didn't get everything I was seeking when it pertains to financial issues but the main thing I wanted, I got. I feel both Denise and Neftali fought tooth and nail for me and my child and it definitely showed in court. They seemed more than prepared and very logical and sound in their approach. I highly recommend them. Especially for dads looking to seek custody who have anxiety about the biases that they feel exist out there, which was MAIN concern I had.

Custody cases are surely very stressful and emotionally taxing. Mr. Neftali Rodriguez and Denise Martinez went, and continue to go, above and beyond to make sure I am well informed about what is happening in my case as well as getting me everything i've wanted. I will be forever grateful for Neftali and everyone at the Law office for working so hard for me and my family and easing my mind at the same time.

If you want a lawyer that just goes through the motions and does not fight for you she’s the lawyer you absolutely want ! Her assistant Lino is zero help and his work ethic is even lower than that. I had to replace Mrs Martinez during my legal battle because I was having to do the work her and her assistant are being paid to do. I hope if you are thinking of having Mrs Martinez represent you think twice about it especially if you don’t like throwing thousands of dollars away !!!
