I hired this firm for my family custody case, and while we reached an agreement, there’s been an ongoing issue with the AOG not finalizing and releasing funds. For several weeks now, despite being a paying client, I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response. About 3 weeks ago, Lino briefly took my call, but he gave no explanation, only asking for patience and promising it would be resolved by the end of the week. Since then, I’ve heard nothing even after making several attempts for a simple update. Every time I call, I’m told they’re unavailable, and it feels like I’m being avoided. As a paying client, it’s incredibly disheartening to be left in the dark for so long during such a vulnerable time. The lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. This review is literally my last resort as I have no idea how to get through to them. I’m just hoping they see this and actually reach out to me.

I am forever grateful that I hired Ms. Denise Martinez and her Law Office to represent me on my child custody case. She is very professional and unlike other attorneys, she really cares about children and fighting for what is right and fair. Despite my anxiety about the final outcome, I was very patient and completely trusted her and her MANY years of experience. Because of Neftali Rodriguez and the entire Denise Martinez PLLC firm, (for the first time in two years), I will get to spend my birthday and Easter with my two angels. Divorce is tough, (especially if you are dealing with a vindictive or unreasonable ex), but this guy will fight for you like he's fighting for his life. I couldn't recommend Neftali Rodriguez with any higher adoration.

Poor customer service. I worked at a PI office for 8 years all my years i transfered all my family law to Ms Martinez, her staff is so rude. I would have to get the updates from my referrals because they just wpuld not get any updates. I finally needed her today and her staff was called twice. Second time whoever answered said they are way too busy and that they need to take a lunch as well. That they all had to eat. Well i know that. Martinez called me back and never let me speak. What a professional 👏 specially when i referred lots of people.

I walked in for a little modification and I think they thought this is going to be easy. 2 long years later I sat in the courtroom with Nef as an active father who was trying his hardest to make sure my children who I’ve been there since day 1 babies had a stable home to help them succeed In their education. Nef helped me try to do the impossible in the state or Texas. And he helped me make the impossible possible and now I received primary for my children. He is still here for me for advice as I move forward and try to continue to coparent to do the best for my children and the office will always be a part of our family’s lives we can’t thank you enough. If there is any active fathers out there that have had someone tell them no and make them feel like they will never succeed don’t give up there is people out there like Nef and Denise who will be there to help you fight for your babies too.
