Do NOT recommend. Since August my father went in to Bexar county, its now October. His legal assistant has still failed to give me a itemized receipt as to what my fathers money went towards. She then told me that they usually charge for itemized receipts but that she would help me out with one. ( I work for a attorney as well, nobody charges for a itemized receipt) One time all she told me was well we did a discovery for the case, yet a discovery does not cost almost $3,000. Ross was not at his court date, he saw a court appointed attorney. My dad is now transferred to TDCJ and I still haven't heard back from Ross's assistant. I'm actually more hurt than upset, do not trust this law firm with your loved ones. I've setup a appointment and i switched it to a phone appointment to even make it easier and still failed to call me, I even texted her to remind her and she kept giving excuse after excuse. This is literally bad business. Finally, I told her how can i speak with Ross since you obviously can't do your job (well I didn't say that) but I wanted to speak to the Man his self, and no call back no text back nothing. I feel like they robbed my father all i asked was for a explanation as to what my fathers money went to this is ridiculous. I will still be reaching out to get this information I will not stop.

Worst place ever, don't waste your money ! He is a thief, a liar, and his staff have NO IDEA what they are doing.

So unprofessional been trying days and days to get ahold of him and can’t seem to get in touch. I just wish I had some sort of response but all they say he’s not in! Don’t recommend him at all if your looking for attorney go with someone that’s gonna care about your case not just a thief that’s gonna take your money and run!

Horrible service!

This place is a joke! First they took my money and then argued to keep my husband in jail try and they were paid to help me get him out! Never will I use them and I would think twice before contacting them they are scamers that took my money and still trying to get at least 300$ back after telling them about doing their job to represent my husband that still won't just send back. Not once have I spoken to Ross personally and they won't answer my calls or emails. Very unperfetional. No remorse for anything just her bad. I would love to talk to Mr. ROSS AND LET HIM KNOW HOW YOUR HANDLING HIS name! Still waiting. Ps maybe this will reach you! Very unsatisfied!

I do not recommend for PROBATE lawyer. This case was supposed to be started years ago! I do believe the case was started too late. My mom lost everything she deserved and more . I feel there was no help given yet we paid and paid and paid. They even had the nerve to ask if they wanted to handle my moms will! Ha! Nope , this was a joke from the beginning. I should have never trusted them when they first contacted me to help my mother Even had Carolyn ask me to remove all reviews because “Mr Rodriguez would not like them!” We never even met the man! Everything was done by Debra and Carolyn and I even looked up stuff myself and was asked to email them the information I found! That was their job! Well I think everyone should know that they had no fight in them ! I should not have even paid them , I’m sure I could have done this myself!!
