He takes forever to return calls, text, and emails, office staff the same. I don’t even bother now to contact his office staff and I keep records of his lack of response so I can file a claim against him

Mr Robert Gier does not return calls or texts and the secretary is even worse.If you want to win a case and need a good aggressive lawyer,then turn away and run from this so called attorney!I lost my child because of his negligence.He turns in crucial paperwork to the courts late and makes it seem like its no big deal.trust me ,it is!!Please be warned..

Doesn't ever return calls. Or do anything by deadline takes weeks and weeks to get ahold of him and he acts like its no big deal. Constant excuses

Mr. Gier helped enforce the order to get me visits with my son and make up time for visits missed. It's a blessing to have my son back in my life without the interference from his mother. Couldn't be more appreciative of the work he did.

My case involves child support in which the mother is not "allowing" me to see my child. She takes my child support money but I haven't seen our child in 2 years. I have left numerous messages with his secretary on optaining a reciept for his "services". I consider myself very patient but it's weary down thin with him.

He fought for me in a Divorce case in a couple of months. Robert is an honest man n knows what he is doing when push comes to shove. I got a new lease on my life to move on n my S.Support n m grateful to him. he is by the book n will bring it on to his opponents. Thank god for my blessings n for Mr. Gier.. The guy was awesome, I had court the very next day after we met. He went in there with only 12 hrs of preparation and got the job done. My ex got nothing he wanted and we walked away in no more than 10 mins. Every other lawyer I spoke to said "It was impossible". FYI: To other lawyers, "ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE WITH THE GRACE OF THE GOOD LORD"!
