My husband and I hired Mr. Trevino to help my husband with his residency and it’s been the longest time waiting, without knowing anything. I do not know if he is good or not because we have spoken to him ONCE and through a video call were we could even get to see him, so basically just a phone call. They have the worst customer service, secretary is rude and they never know anything. Plus, that’s once in a million when they answer the phone, which is completely rare. As of today we haven’t received any answers, and when we get to speak to any of them, they just ask for money. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I hired Jorge Treviño to help petition my girlfriend under VAWA. He charged me 50% upfront. He did open a case but soon after that, he stopped answering my calls and texts. His secretary at the firm also stopped answering my calls. I regret hiring this lawyer I just wish he was more honest with me and tell me what actually was going on to help my girlfriend instead of wasting our time and money. Please go to a different immigration lawyer thank you.

I retained Mr. Trevino for some legal help. He quickly gave me the answers I needed and we set off in the direction we needed to go. He gave me great convidence and commicated well with me. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff is also very pleasant and easy to work with.

I met with Jorge and his staff to work on my immigration process and he took the time to walk me through each step that needs to be taken. He has continually keep me informed throughout the process and encourages me to be in contact should I have any questions. We hired this lawyer and so far we had never had any complains about him he's a great lawyer he helped my father in his immigration case and is still helping us. I recommend this lawyer for other people that are in a immigration case. He is always on time for his court dates and you can always contact him at any time and he will answer back .

This lawyer charged us money to get a file then he didn't contact us back for a great while. we called him no answer left messages on voicemail even a letter but no answer. then he called us and said the status on file wasn't available yet said he call back never did. Went to office in San Antonio but was closed we kept calling someone answered said he wasn't in but he will relay the message to him. but still no call back.. We are really disappointed...Till this day no contact from him to us .
