I have been a defense lawyer for 28 years. During that time period, I've sat across the table from probably every personal injury lawyer in San Antonio, Dallas and the 713. Without a shadow of a doubt, if my loved ones or friends need a lawyer advocate, I would tell them to 'run, don't walk' to Pat Maloney. Pat and his team are true and honorable professionals. Pat is brass-tacks, a pragmatist, and a compassionate lawyer who cares about obtaining results for his clients more than being driven to line his pockets. He is sincere, highly skilled, and I know from personal experience that I fear him more than any other lawyer as opposing counsel in my cases. I know he will ALWAYS be prepared. Pat restores legitimacy and honor to the Plaintiff's Bar when other billboard lawyers seem committed to embarrassing it. He is honorable. Again, it's a no-brainer to me to send people I care about to Pat when they need a lawyer. He is hands-on, h e actually works the cases personally, rather than farm them out to a stable of untrained and inexperienced baby lawyers, and he will always know the client by name rather than treating the client as a number or a cash cow. He provides highly skilled personal service that should be the standard and not the exception to the practice of law. He cares. He doesnt regard his clients as a cattle feedlot. Industry insight - (1) those lawyers who have as many billboards as Buccees and who show up on commercials about their jets, actually don't try lawsuits. Would you entrust your lawsuit to a Kardashian who is more concerned about P.R. than honor and results? Ask them if you consult them when those guys on the ads last tried a lawsuit. Ask to speak to the named partner and ask that person when they last took a deposition. They don't. They work in volume, meaning they run ads on huge budgets, but your cases get kicked to 1 or 2 year baby lawyers who have zero autonomy on how to run your case; those billboard lawyers aren't really trial lawyers and wouldnt know how to try a case if their life depended on it. Their firms are rife with turnover. The lawyer assigned to your case will be replaced by three more if they take your case. That's not Pat. Pat is boots-on-the-ground, meaning he is personally involved from Day 1. Pat, Steve andJosie will be with you the entire way. Pat is personally involved with your case. The volume billboard lawyers dont care who you are; Pat does. Call TJH's lawfirm. You'll automatically be put on hold for 2 minutes, so they can make you listen to their recorded ad; call Pat and Josie immediatley picks up. That is Atticus Finch service. (2) defense lawyers like me tell insurance companies our recommendations on what a carrier should pay; I value Pat's cases much higher than the adler and TJH cases - ad budgets don't equate to skill and I value my client's exposure much higher when Pat is on the other side as he knows how to try a lawsuit when his competitors do not. Hire Mr. Maloney and his team. Don’t be fooled by large advertisements of hammers, numbers and private jet planes asking or yelling at you for your business. In general these law firms hire new lawyers who take on your case and that’s not what you want. Most of us would like to have an experienced person who cares and takes the extra steps to do what is right for you. I am a dentist and a medical doctor and know that in any profession there are those who purport of being great and those who are by their actions. This category of experts who simply do well don’t have to advertise it. Mr. Maloney is great without yelling it in your face. He is the kind of person who listens and acts on your behalf. His team with Steve and Josie and others are amazing and work very well together. If anyone can help you, they can.
