“He was hard to reach at times which was frustrating when you are waiting for something serious but that just tells me my dude is busy, and that's a good thing.”

“My only complaint is the staff needs to keep better track of the money being paid to them, keep all your receipts and bank statements, that way if they say you owe money you already paid it's an easy issue to be resolved if there happens to be one.”
