I found myself in a very serious legal predicament, which included multiple serious charges that seemed poised to not only put my career of 20+ years in jeopardy, but also fracture my relationship with my wife and kids and potentially land me in jail. Going through my first legal problem of my life, I was riddled with anxiety, and had no idea where to start. Two of my closest friends who knew of my situation, coincidentally recommended Barton and Associates to me, which led me to research this Law Firm. After discovering the impeccable reputation and track record of Barton and Associates across EVERY resource I came across, deciding to hire Barton and Associates to defend me was a 'no-brainer'. I called Barton and Associates and spoke with Mr. Gary Barton. In short--he was awesome. He allowed me to explain all of the details of my case, provided guidance on how I should proceed forward, and provided me reassurance that they would provide me the best legal defense for my situation. He quickly assigned my case to Ms. Andrea Matos, an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING lawyer that I cannot say enough great things about. Throughout my ordeal, she provided me guidance, reassurance, and made herself available any time I had a question, concern, or really anything I needed regarding my case, with the utmost respect and professionalism toward me and my family. Although my situation seemed dire (at least to me), she remained confident that we could win our case, and helped ease my anxiety, providing guidance through each step of the lengthy legal process. My case eventually went to trial and as a 'first timer' (and hopefully 'only-timer'), I was indeed scared, to say the least. Fortunately for me, Andrea Matos was there, ready to provide me with the ultimate defense, and that's exactly what she did! She expertly used her expertise, skill and experience to out-maneuver anything and everything the prosecution tried to hit us with, which resulted in them scrambling and fumbling, which ultimately rendered them ill-equipped to provide sufficient to prove any guilt regarding my case. Although confident with how the trial transpired, as the judge prepared to read the verdict, my heart couldn't help but to 'pound out of my chest'. She proceeded to proclaim that the burden of proof in these cases lies on the state, and they had not sufficiently satisfied that requirement in this particular case; as soon as those words were said, I could feel an initial sense of relief starting to ease into my being. Then, the words that we'd been working so hard on hearing were said: NOT GUILTY. A rush of endorphins and relief came over me like a tidal wave. Andrea Matos had won my case, bringing my 'legal nightmare' to the best possible conclusion. Months of anxiety of legal proceedings have now become a tremendous weight lifted off of my shoulders; and my family and I can now move forward in the positive direction that I know was meant for us. And that is all because of the outstanding representation from Andrea Matos. Looking back, picking up my phone and calling Barton and Associates is the best decision I could have ever made in that moment, and I'm very grateful for this Law Firm's expert-level defense. My wife and I are on 'cloud nine'. I hope that I, or any of you reading this, never find yourselves in a situation where you need criminal defense representation, but if you do: Barton and Associates is the only way to go!!

The best criminal defense law firm in San Antonio. Look no further. I was charged with a Class A misdemeanor with an additional charge in the toughest county in Texas (Comal County). Not only did they manage to get the state prosecutor to drop the additional charge but they also managed to lower my charge from a class A misdemeanor to a class B misdemeanor which resulted in a plea deal that only involved differed adjudication probation for me. This means that once my probation is over, the charge would be dismissed and ultimately expunged from my record. Throughout the whole process, any and all questions were quickly answered, and all paperwork was done perfectly and on time. I never had to worry about anything as the law firm made sure to contact me and inform me of everything. I am very glad that I chose this law firm. The price for services was fair and a payment plan was even offered. When it comes defending yourself from state prosecution you get what you pay for. I can only imagine how bad things would of been if I had taken a court appointed lawyer. Glad I chose Barton & Associates. 10/10
