If you want a lawyer that will fight for you even when ur wrong, this is the guy. They don't know what's right or what's wrong they are as deceptive as a cheating ex-wife. They don't care who they screw over. So why not. Ur attorney was confused all the time. Hardly ever knew what was going on. With out having to call his papi. I've never seen my ex-wife so flustered at anyone like ur law firm. I would hardly call you guys experts. You won because I did choose to trust the wrong person. Not you but her. Keep telling urself ur a high tear firm. Everything you guys did was all jacked up.

My initial consultation with Gary Barton went well. I felt like I was in great hands. However, several years later - I am still paying for the subpar representation I received. My case was transferred to an associate and I never heard from Gary again. At my final court date, it was never explained to me that my charge would read “Obstruction of Highway - INTOXICATION.” I may as well have plead guilty to Driving While Intoxicated. After leaving a review about my frustration with his representation, Mr. Barton called and asked me to remove my review. He promised he would take care of sealing my record free of charge. Years later, after successful completion of deferred adjudication, I asked Mr. Barton to assist in sealing my record. He of course, went back on his word. I am now in the process of hiring an attorney to take care of this for me. Mr. Barton, please do not contact me again to remove my review. I will not be manipulated in to doing so. ** Disclaimer: Barton & Associates did not represent me. Mr. Barton's previous firm prior to opening his own, represented me. If there was a way to leave him a review as an attorney solely, I would. Attempting to intimidate me by displaying my Cause Number on google will not work. Please stop calling me, and calling my employer. I do not appreciate the phone calls made to my employer in an effort to intimidate me into removing my review. That is tortious interference and you all know better. I will not tolerate bully behavior. This behavior is evident in your responses to all of your negative reviews. Please do not harass me further.
