My husband and I are so greatful for everything Mr.Lara did for us, we prepared for over a year on his case.My husband had two previous domestic violence cases with time served from back in his younger days and after a heated argument were I exploded and initiated the fight long story short my husband was looking at 3rd strike domestic violence with aggravated assault and aggrivated theft, the DAs office wouldn't even consider anything less than time without a chance of porole. I highly recommend Neil Calfas he is a straight forward man, that tells it like it is and doesn't sugar coat reality. Most attorneys talk to you with book terms they learned in school not Neil, if straight forward is not something you can handle and wasting your money on someone who is just going to give you the run around and take your money is then Neil is not the one for you. A Couple of months ago I was pulled over and arrested for Felony drug charge POSS W/I DEL. This was the first time being arrested or getting in any kind of trouble with law enforcement.
