Met with several attorneys due to the nature of my situation, and was finally referred to Derek Ritchie. It cannot be understated how much I appreciate everything they were able to do for me, and although it took several years the team was with me every step of the way. Whenever I run into others dealing with family law issues I always rant and rave about The Law Office of Derek S. Ritchie.

Karen Marvel is no Super Lawyer. When she left the Wong & Marvel law firm, I emailed and txt messages with zero response. Her former partner had to inform me that she left the firm and to provide me her contact information since she nor her staff bothered to do that. Over a year with my case on correcting a clerical error for a Domestic Relations Order which she made worse as she couldn’t argue facts. Facts that were previously agreed upon she reversed with her lack of lawyering. She sells herself well but zero effort in return. My previous order still stands as valid yet still no resolution.

Mr. Ritchie and staff helped my step dad and mom fight for custody on my step brother. My parents were very happy w/ their results! Although it is a process to get to an end goal of any situation, Mr. Ritchie and staff always made time for my parents, spoke w/ them in person when needed and check in on all of us. It was good to see my parents have some stress taken away. Thank you!

This team right here is just absolutely amazing they took the time to hear my story on the phone and booked me asap once I got there the service was amazing and I meet Derek he was very understanding and walked us through the whole situation , he fought till then end of our case with the results of our case getting dismissed Now I get to enjoy my life and my family because of him Again I just want to say Thank you Derek and the team because without y’all I’m not sure where this situation could have ended up at. 10/10 I would definitely recommend him
