I have had the pleasure of being Jeff's client and right from the get go, he combined professionalism with sincerity. I could tell he cared about my case, gave me great advice and looked out for my best interest. Even though we interact on the phone mostly, he is very responsive, personable, relatable, highly competent and has a very reasonable fee structure. Mr. Dahl has been helping me with an employee benefit matter, specifically a disability insurance claim. I was diagnosed with a severe illness and was receiving long-term disability benefits. My benefits were terminated and I had to file an Appeal or lose the benefits. Even if I filed the Appeal, it did not mean I was going to win. In fact, I had been told that a very large number of Appeals are rejected, no matter what the circumstances. Mr. Dahl helped me file the Appeal and we won. My benefits were reinstated.
