I hired Miguel Najera to represent my sons, that had both been wrongfully accused, for murder. He worked on this case diligently for over a year and a half before it finally went to trial. Even though he had other clients and cases going on during that time, he always made us feel like we were his first priority. He always took my calls and answered my texts and emails. He was empathetic and had a lot of patience with me during their incarceration, especially when I didn't think things were going right and I would have a minor melt down. He showed all of us great compassion and kindness, and never let us give up. He was amazing in the courtroom during their trial. He made some of the state's witnesses squirm in their seats and stutter when they had to answer his questions. They didn't know what hit them when he got up there. My sons were both found not guilty and acquitted on all charges. I don't think we would have had the same outcome if we hadn't had him for a lawyer. During all of the time they were in jail, we came to consider him family, and still do to this day. He still helps me out if I have a legal question I need help with, and calls me occasionally, just to see how everyone in the family is doing. He is a Godsend. He is an excellent attorney, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a criminal lawyer. He's the best!

Miguel Najera is an excellent attorney. He was hired during lunch hours on a Tuesday for my father in laws case for an MTRP DWI. Communicated with all of the family from El Paso, Tx and Denver and my father in law was out by Wednesday night and back to his family in El Paso, Tx. I really recommend Mr. Miguel Najera to anyone who needs an attorney in the San Antonio area, he did an amazing job in the case. Actually got the case closed and probation was dismissed. All the family was very happy with the outcome and happy to have him home once again. On another note, these charges were from fifteen years ago which actually surprised me it would still show up in the system.
