Patricia Jay was the best thing that happened to me. I struggled for 3 years trying to get my Ex-husband to pay me my court ordered property division after our divorce. Patricia was professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. She was the first attorney I had that actually got results. I would 100% recommend her to everyone.

Patricia has renewed my faith in attorneys! She is excellent, direct, aggressive and doesn't blow smoke up your ass. She is a no nonsense attorney and we would t be where we are without her! Had to learn the hard way and go through a few attorneys before finding this gem, she took great care and pride in this case as I'm sure she does with all her cases. I'll just start with saying this attorney is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is the real deal and you would be selling yourself short by not working with Patricia Jay. I couldn't be happier with my outcome because yes it ended in my favor but the part I appreciate the most is the hard work and time that went into preparing my case. Being military can make it harder in these kinds cases but Patricia and her paralegal gave me hope for my situation even when I had doubts. It had already been a long drawn out process that lasted for almost two years. Not to mention I had two attorneys before her who just couldn't deliver. When you are searching for a good attorney in time it will become very apparent if they are actually working for you or just taking your money. Unfortunately, that is the issue I had with my prior attorney and I would often beat myself up that I wasn't able find Patricia sooner. I finally switched about 7 months before the final hearing and I am so grateful I did. Patricia and Lisa (her paralegal) did an amazing job by keeping me updated on everything and quickly responded to all of my questions. I will say that Patricia is a very straightforward individual which I very much appreciated. I have nothing but respect for it despite having to hear some very hard truths. The final hearing lasted for two days but despite the long hours she was fierce in court. I knew she was the real deal when she even remembered and brought up details that I had momentarily forgot about. Those were crucial details because it helped seal the deal for my case and thankfully I ended up getting primary custody of my daughter. Patricia I have nothing but respect for you and it is attorneys like you and your team that bring back hope to those seeking real representation. WHERE DO I BEGIN... MY CASE WAS NOT AN EASY COOKIE CUTTER CASE, IT INVOLVED 4 CHILDREN. MY EX HUSBAND WAS TRYING TO WIN CUSTODY FOR OUR CHILDREN AND WAS NOT EASY TO CO-PARENT WITH. DURING TEMPORARY ORDER MY EX HAD PRIMARY CUSTODIAN RESIDENCE FOR THE KIDS, BECAUSE MY ATTORNEY BEFORE PATRICIA DID NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME! I HAD 2 ATTORNEYS BEFORE HER, JOSE PERALES (DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING AND SHOULDNT HAVE A LICENSE) AND CRYSTAL BANNIN (WHO WAS AN UP AN COMING ARTIST WHO DIDN'T CARE TO PRACTICE LAW JUST TEACH ART TO KIDS) PATRICIA HELPED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS AND EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL FROM BEGINNING TO END. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HER TO FRIENDS, AND FAMILY. SHE IS THE MOST SMART, FIRM, AND ASSERTIVE ATTORNEY I HAVE MET, SHE KNOWS THE LAW LIKE THE BACK OF HER HAND. Ms Patricia Jay represented me in my child custody matters and some other issues in which my ex was going against the court orders and was trying to take away my rights from me. Initially, Ms. Jay was not my first lawyer during my divorce process, had I known about her prior to my divorce proceeding, she would have defiantely been my first and ONLY choice.
