Mr. Sweeney has handled multiple matters for my company. He has the experience to be a General Counsel, but he also understands the business side of things and works on practical solutions to our problems. He is a regular "Go-To" source for advice from investments, due diligence, and general corporate matters in addition to corporate governance. I would feel very comfortable with Mr. Sweeney as the Chief Legal Officer of my company and would recommend him to anyone seeking a reasonably minded attorney with a smart business acumen.

I work as corporate counsel for a medium-sized company based in the NE United States and deal with hundreds of lawyers across the US and Europe daily. We have operations in Texas, but no actual offices there. We occasionally have legal needs in a wide variety of areas in Texas from real estate to general corporate work and Ryan has been very good to work with in all areas that we have hired him. If we ever do open a Texas office, we would not hesitate to try to bring Ryan in as our legal counsel in that office (if we could lure him away from his firm that is).
