I used Tyler in a case involving ending a business partnership. The case was somewhat difficult in that there was no partnership agreement in place and there was also a soon to be ex-spouse also making claims on the business. At the end of the process, which occurred just prior to beginning the trial, with Tyler's help, I prevailed in the matter. Throughout the depositions and hearings Tyler and his assistant kept me informed of what was going on with the case and made sure that I knew what information to get them as well as making sure that I was prepared for my role in the case. I hope to never have to go through something like this again but on the off chance it does Tyler will be my first call.

My wife and I were sued by a very large Credit Union, who had an endless legal budget! We were referred to Tyler Rutherford by some friends, who were attorneys in a different field. At first, we were not sure what to think of his very unorthodox method of dealing with this mulit-billion dollar company and their high price legal team, and honestly we were both very scared. Tyler never backed down or took any crap from them. Two days before we went to Trial, the credit union and their lawyers knew he had his case together and he was going to win, then dropped all the charges against me and my wife. They literally used all of that money to bluff me into signing something that would have incriminated me, and had I not hired Tyler Rutherford, I am sure I would be ruined right now. Thank God we hired him and Thank you Tyler for working with us on paying you back. That money was the best investment I have ever made!

Car was rear-ended by a civil servant. I had minor injuries and car was totaled. He was recommended. Initially he was attentive and seemed interested. Not long afterwards, I found myself dealing more with his secretaries than him. I did a lot of the leg work myself. I would be encouraged and then let down. After waiting over 4.5 years and reminding him ( finally got him on the phone ), that it was by most accounts a pretty simple car accident, he stated he didn't like my attitude and dropped me. REALLY? Now I had to find an attorney who would take a case this old. I couldn't find one and lost.
