Brandi N. Aguillon RESTORED my faith in the family court system. I had screened several attorneys looking for someone who could help me through a difficult family court issue. Other attorneys advised me to wait and see BUT Brandi was able to give me a practical solution AND deliver the result I need and more. While I pray I NEVER need a family attorney again if I do I will ONLY work with her. She had a fair retainer and fees, consistent communication, was knowledgeable, and set realistic expectations from the begging (under promise over deliver) If you need an attorney that will SOLVE your case (even when you feel like TX is a mother state and for women) she will make sure you are seen and heard and the relationship with your kids is unscathed.

I've been using this law firm For At least 11 years, they always respond fast, they're reliable and Honest; they always tell you if there's any issues or if you need any kind of paperwork to improve or move forward with your case. I personally never had any negative experiences. I would highly recommend them for any kind of Immigration case. During my last paperwork renewal Sonia replied back in a timely manner and was on top of any update in regards of my case she was very professional and also took the time to call me once my paperwork was finalized to make sure everything was done correctly.

So far so good! In a way I feel like I had ptsd coming into this custody case for my children. I was scared at every turn and worried about every detail. Carolina Cano has been such a tremendous help. She answered every email and text and so did Mr Ruiz when he felt the need to step in. This has been a rough case on my children, and I seem to have a new question every day, and they both have been able to guide me and tell me exactly what to do and not to do. And they explain the why's too! And that's so important to me.

Unfortunately, my experience with George Ruiz was extremely disappointing. I retained George's services for just under a year during my divorce. In that time, I spoke to him once and never had the chance to meet him in person. A week before my mediation, I called to set up a meeting to discuss the details. I was told that no meeting was necessary because everything could be addressed in break-out rooms during mediation. This left me feeling extremely anxious and unprepared. Thankfully, I sought new counsel just before the mediation. My new attorney quickly informed me that critical steps had been overlooked, including incomplete Discovery, no motions filed, and no hearings set for additional temporary orders. Opposing counsel even informed the mediator that important pleadings hadn't been filed. On a positive note, the paralegal, Diane is great to work with—thanks for being so nice, Diane! :)
