Words can’t describe how great George&Candy are they are the dynamic duo! They made Something that I thought personally wasn’t going to be possible, possible! I’am very much pleased with the firm and have already recommended geroge to several people. George will tell it like it is no sugar coating, He’s going to tell you what’s right and what’s wrong. I don’t understand what the situation is with Mr. Ruiz, but he acted very childish hanging up on me in the middle of our conversation when I was explaining what I was experiencing and what assistance I am seeking. I apologize if you misunderstood what I was saying or thought I was making any comments about your abilities but the way you handled the situation was very unprofessional. I had to submit a review because he won’t answer my calls. All I wanted was to clear up any misunderstandings but I can’t put my faith into this kind of comportment.

Dads aren't 2nd class citizens! Mr. Ruiz did a great job representing me in my custody case for my son and I was awarded primary custody!! I met with Mr. Ruiz after meeting w/ two other lawyers, 1st one said she wouldn't take my case because she would charge me 7K and 2nd one didn't see the urgency. After going over all the facts about myself and my son's mother, Mr. Ruiz was more than confident we had a really good case. My ex decided to give me custody (after being served) but then wanted to keep all the benefits she gets from the state by staying as primary, when I said no she decided she was gonna fight and said I would lose because she's the "MOM". When it came down to the court date, she had no legs to stand on, all she did was attack me personally, lie, and bring up the past from before her and even my son. I stayed quite and let Mr. Ruiz do his job and I'll tell you this; HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. He knew what questions to ask, how to shut her down when she told pointless stories, caught her in lies, and got her to admit her verbal abuse and conditions of her home life. I am obviously happy w/ the outcome, I hope never to go thru this again but I would definitely recommend Mr. Ruiz and his team, also thank you to Candy Flores.

Where do I begin?!! Sit down this is going to take a minute. I was a young mother that did not make the best choices for myself nor my child. In result I let my sons dad have custody of our son. I was 20 and his father had just gotten back from his second tour in Iraq. Fast forward 13 years later. This custody agreement still active. My ex is moving to Kansas and forcing my son to leave with him. Our son is now 15 and his father is still in the military and a decorated veteran at that. My son comes for the summer and unleashes on me begging me to not let him go with his father to leave me and go to Kansas…..I have turned my life around and become a successful individual in life and financially. Still I can’t help but feel like that intimidated 20 year old little girl. How am I going to go up against a veteran he looks perfect on paper etc. I reached out to Ruiz &Associates after venting to a very close friend of mine who went through them as well. I had a consultation and asked do you think I stand a chance. Nathan and Tony were extremely responsive and helpful and gave me the confidence I needed to fight for my son. I am not the mess up I once was and they brought that to my attention and were supportive and just made me feel like I was NOT ALONE on this whole process. From the bottom of my heart I thank them and God over and over again that my son is not going to Kansas and can be with his mother where he will spend the rest of his teenage life with until he is destined for bigger and better things!!! I would recommend over and over again you are not just a case here you are actually cared about. Thanks again guys! & God bless!

A MUST!! Very professional when it comes to Child Support problems. I didn’t hire them cause my case was from Waco and he told me that I would cost a lot. But if you have a case in San Antonio by all mean this are the people you need to back you up in your Child Support case! Call or talk in person you will not be disappointed.

Irresponsible and unprofessional. Never communicated with us. Made us do all the research and paperwork. Didn't defend his client when the opposing lawyer smeared her and made her look like a bad mother. Didn't mention any of the incriminating items that would show how poor a father the opponent was. Only focused on irrelevant and inadmissible stuff. Almost missed the court start time. Showed up 2 min before start with no time to plan. Didn't communicate until 8pm the night before. No solid game plan and it showed. Go somewhere else and find an attorney that hates loosing or throw your money away here with their "win some loose some" attitude.

Experience all around was great. Sarah, Karina, and Sylvia Mora helped me out in so many ways that I will definitely recommend this firm to whoever may need help. Thank you to everyone again and I hope a little lunch on me shows a bit of appreciation I had for y’all’s help!
