I have not hired but this review is based on his response time, honesty and character. I have called twice regarding 2 seperate legal actions in which his response was straight to the point and honest. He called me as soon as he could the same day and asked what I was looking for. He didn't give me any promises and told me the cons and pros to pursuing action. Since he told the downside of both inquiries, I didn't go forth hiring him because it would have been a low chance of not being in my favor. With that being said, he didn't take my money making a promise to me and he left me knowing if I do have any other future needs for an attorney, I can hire him with ease. Do not fall for the good reviews my mother got this firm to fight for my brother agains his fathers law suit against him . Mr Ruiz did very little to help my mother paid 2,500 dollars and my brother was taken from her shes is a hard working good woman who was taken advantage by this lawyer who only spoke to her once and charged her for every call every message every paperwork and did nothing . She now payed him off and didnt want him to be in her case and they still call wanting to charge her 200 dollars after she fired them . I repet do not go to this firm .
