Candy Ryan was very unhelpful for just a request for a single email. Waited over a month for what I needed. When I called and asked for a supervisor, it was her, very rude and not willing to help. 10/10 do not recommend

I hired Ruiz and Associates in February 2024 to represent me for Final Orders in a Custody Case that had a history of 8 years (my daughter is now 10). My previous attorney was excellent and won custody on temp orders for me in 2019 but only after I was able to get possession of my child due to successfully getting my ex wife charged with a felony interference of child custody charge after my girl had been taken by her mother for 18 months and I had no contact. However, he passed away shortly thereafter and I was working off these temp orders for 5 years and then as a pro se litigant. This time around I decided to hire professionals for what I hoped would be the end of the line and to represent me at final trial. Professional is an understatement! I provided as much information and resources as I could to do my part to prepare them and they took care of the rest. Their terms for taking my case were clear, their fees more than reasonable, communication consistent, and with the help of a mediator were able to get a deal done before heading to a costly trial. While I have yet to receive final orders entered with the District Clerk and we aren’t quite “done” yet, I am beyond happy with the outcome and now my daughter and I can literally get on with our lives.
