I called the office to make an appointment with Claudia. I was greeted by another woman who took notes on my case. After discussing my case and costs I asked to make an appointment with Claudia. This woman then proceeded to tell me Claudia doesn't waste her time and she's not interested in giving free legal advice if I'm not hiring. I reassured her I was highly interested and we decided on a time and date. I was supposed to receive an email but that never came. I decided not to call back since I was on the fence after that conversation ended. Paralegals and assistants are a direct representation of the law firm and if this is how they treat potential clients, I don't want to think how I'll be treated once I pay. Nope.

Ms Hernandez took my case three weeks before I had to be in child support court. I was so concerned about visitation that I was willing to accept the lowest amount of child support. Well not only did I get supervised visitation longer than expected I received the back child support due to my child. Ms Hernandez kept me updated and informed throughout the process. She did great in such a short amount of time. This woman is not to be played with she will fight for you.

Claudia represented me in a difficult child support case that I had been trying to resolve with the Texas Child Support Division for a couple of years. With her help, the case got resolved and I received a higher judgment than I had expected. I believe the only reason I received the judgment that I did is because of Claudia. My ex tried every way he possibly could to avoid paying the correct amount of child support, but Claudia never gave up and he is now paying the correct amount. She is great - returns your phone calls and emails quickly, is honest about possible outcomes, is kind to her clients, works well with opposing council, however is an ablsolute pitbull in the courtroom. I can't speak highly enough about Claudia. She really helped me when no one else could.

Claudia Hernandez took over my case a couple of months after it started. She was able to pick up the pieces, including the missing ones, and provided me excellent representation!
