Sarah assisted me in a real estate sale transaction involving an undivided interest of property. Sarah reviewed our contract, partition and warranty deed, etc. The transaction was complicated and required professional legal input vital for a successful settlement. Sarah stepped me through the process by phone and followed up in writing to allow for a smooth closing. I recommend Sarah and her law firm for similar type work.

While interviewing Thomas to handle a foreclosure for me I found him very knowledgeable about the process and what needed to be completed. He also pointed some potential problems that I was unaware of and convinced me, that he was the right person to handle the foreclosure.
Sarah handled most of the paperwork and was very responsive to my questions. She was prompt and did a fine job in keeping me informed.
