My husband and I hired Mike Kreager after he was recommended by family. We met and explained our needs in late November, we received an engagement letter rapidly and by late December a draft of the llc and gift business. January 6 we received a fat unitemized invoice, then communication went dead... several/many calls and emails during January were unanswered. February 5 received a draft of a will that is a hot mess, and Mr. Kreager is too busy to meet or communicate until mid March. Great service.....not. We will be hiring someone else to clean up his mess. I do not recommend this firm.
