Lynnelle has been my lawyer for the past 8 years handling my guardianship of my brother and sister-in-law. Out of all the guardianship paperwork we never had a problem with the court systems. She always keep me updated on everything that needed filing so I could get what she needed in a timely manner. We moved from one county to another and not once had problems with either judges. She also handled the probate of my brothers will. She set up Zoom with the courthouse when we had the hearings to save the expenses that she would have occurred traveling and hours traveling. I recommended her to the administrator of my sister-in-laws will. He has been real pleased with her handling of it( which she did through Zoom meetings as well). Yes I would recommend her by the professional way she handles business.

I had a rather complex estate case with a parent who recently moved out of state (to TX) prior to his death, but his paperwork originated in a different state and had not been updated since the early 90’s before his divorce. Lynnelle and her outstanding team did a lot of research into estate laws in another state and what laws could be applicable in which location. Her office was able to do everything remotely, which was a huge help since our family is spread across multiple states. They were professional, competent, and efficient and helped explain everything in layman’s terms. Texas law is complex and she wields her extensive experience to interview clients in detail to craft exactly the right product for that client's needs. She was very patient with my many questions. Once drafted, she was not at all threatened when I asked if my trusted attorney friend in DC (who does estates in the District of Columbia), and my Fidelity brokerage team could look it over. My DC friend said that although TX law is vastly different from the laws in her jurisdiction, my documents were very clear. Fidelity made a few points, which Lynnelle quickly resolved to my satisfaction. She has a beautiful office and efficient staff. I now have a will and estate plan that I have confidence will avoid probate after I pass and will leave all of my assets to the people I love, and entities that I support.
